I’ve forgotten my login details, what should I do?

If you’ve forgotten your password, on the login screen select “Forgot?” near the password box. This will trigger an email to the associated account email address (please note: the email address must be the same email address which is registered with your account). From here, follow the steps outlined in the email instructions to reset the password.
